Step 2: Gather Your Information You'll need to pull together your tax documents—W-2s, 1099s, receipts for deductions, investment statements, rental property info, whatever applies to your situation. Not sure what you need? I can send you a general organizer to guide you, or we can just work through it together during our meeting. Either way works.

Step 3: We Meet & Review During our video call, we'll talk through your tax situation. I'll ask questions to make sure I understand what's going on in your financial life, and you can ask me anything that's been confusing you. This is also when you'll receive your engagement letter—essentially our agreement to work together.

Step 4: Upload Your Documents Securely After our meeting, you'll upload all your documents to Verifyle, a secure document portal. It's encrypted and password-protected—much more secure than email. I'll send you a direct link to make the upload process simple.

Step 5: I Prepare Your Return This is where I do the heavy lifting. I'll prepare your tax return, review it for accuracy and opportunities, and reach out if I have any questions or need clarification.
